Special Issue: Between Poetry and Philosophy

What, today, is happening in the space of this between? Mosaic invites submissions for a special issue on the poetry-philosophy relation, an issue that will focus on contemporary re-writings of the historical logos/mythos opposition, thus that will bring the question of writing itself to the fore. We are interested in a wide range of approaches to the movement between poetry and philosophy: essays that explore the work of a particular writer – poet or philosopher – and/or that deal with such topics as form, the university, pedagogy, sensation, embodiment, gesture, voice, speech, rhythm, the political. Deadline for submissions: May 17, 2010.
