Summer e-forecast: lighter blog activity ahead

Dear readers,

As some of you may already have noticed, activity on the blog has slowed somewhat with the (welcome) arrival of summer. We’ll do our best to keep you abreast of especially exciting or important OLP-related news — like the forthcoming publication of a wonderful essay collection on Cavell and education, edited by Naoko Saito and Paul Standish (on this book, more in a month or so) — but you can expect the frequency of postings to be much lighter than during the regular academic year. To be sure you learn of new posts as they are published on the site (without having to take the time to check back on your own), we suggest you sign up for a subscription, if you haven’t already done so. To subscribe to this blog’s content, just click here.

Two other quick things: if you know or learn of something (a publication, an event, etc.) that would likely be of interest to our readers, please let us know (by emailing us), and we will be glad to post word of it on the site. And, if you haven’t already done so, consider taking a moment to sign our guestbook. We are always delighted to find out who out there is finding this blog of interest or use. To see or sign our guestbook, please click here.

That’s it for now! We hope you are all having a lovely, restful, and rejuvenating summer.
